What materials are Crasimo products made of?

We use high-quality, durable PLA (Polylactic Acid), a biodegradable and eco-friendly thermoplastic made from renewable resources like corn starch. It's safe, strong, and provides excellent detail for our 3D prints.

Are your figures articulated?

Yes! Many of our most popular designs, including our dragons, dinosaurs, and animals, are fully articulated, allowing for dynamic posing and interactive play.

Can I request a custom color or design?

We are always looking for new ideas! While we don't offer fully custom designs at this time, feel free to reach out to us at crasimo.eg@gmail.com with color suggestions or product requests.

How do I care for my 3D printed figure?

3D printed PLA is durable but can be sensitive to extreme heat. Avoid leaving your figures in direct sunlight for extended periods or in hot environments (like a car in summer). Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth if needed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship Crasimo products to enthusiasts all over the world! Shipping costs and times will be calculated at checkout.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately at crasimo.eg@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will prioritize sending you a replacement or issuing a refund.
