At Crasimo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at crasimo.eg@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at crasimo.eg@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
